Contact contact@ollieandjo.com within 7 days of delivery for approval before returning an eligible full-price item. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and original packaging intact.

Approved returns receive store credit minus a 10% restocking fee on the returned items’ purchase price after discounts. Inspection normally takes up to 7 business days after receipt. Sale items are final sale; no exchanges. Customers pay ordinary return shipping.

Declined returns receive no credit. If you request your item back, we email the reason, photos, and resend-shipping cost for payment before resending. Verified defects and store errors are exempt from these fees and customer-paid shipping. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

Fit

This is a unisex fit tee. Women typically size down by one size for a similar fitted style. For example, if a woman is typically a medium in women's sizing, she should order a unisex small for a more fitted woman's style look OR if she prefers a relaxed look, she should order her regular women's size and put a unisex medium in the cart. Unisex items have longer sleeves and body than a typical woman's tee allowing for a relaxed and comfortable fit even when sized down.
