SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed with OLLIE & JO will generally ship within 5 business days. We do not ship on holidays or weekends. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and on national holidays.
If, for any reason, your order is to be delayed or canceled – due to stock, payment, or otherwise – we will contact you via email. If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website, please notify OLLIE & JO Customer Service

OLLIE & JO is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address, we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased. For domestic orders, if you never received your package and it says it was delivered, please contact your local post office with the tracking number you received when purchasing, and they will further assist you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns on all full-price orders within 7 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. A 10% restocking fee will be charged to all returned orders over $100 and may be subject to store credit. Returns over $250 will be charged a 10% restocking fee and receive store credit. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost/damaged returns. We do not offer exchanges.

Be sure to include your name and order number in the email's subject line. Return Authorizations are given via email only. Please include a copy of your order with your return, including your contact information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return is complete.
