Do you have an order or shipping question/concern?

Email contact@ollieandjo.com  with any order/shipping inquiries. Please include with your order number and allow 24 hours for a response.

I’ve placed my order, what is next?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation, make sure you've provided us with an accurate email address. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you either did not provide us with a valid email address or your order did not go through.

Once your order is processed, a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. This email will contain a USPS® tracking number and additional shipping information. Please allow approximately 24 hours for tracking information to become available. PLEASE NOTE that all of our shipping times are NOT guaranteed.

What should i do if i have not received my package in the time frame stated above?

Please contact the carrier directly for any issues with shipping concerns. We are not responsible for any order lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit with shipping carrier. 

Priority Mail®

If your package is lost or was damaged upon arrival, you have 15-60 days from the date of shipment to file a claim with USPS®.

If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS® by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. Ollie & Jo will not replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address.

UPS Standard®

If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact UPS® via their website https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-support-center.page? or call UPS® by phone at 1-800-742-5877 (1-800-PICK-UPS®). You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. Ollie & Jo will not replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address.

How do i file a claim with USPS®?

To file a claim with USPS® go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the domestic tab to file a claim within the United States. Then follow the directions as stated.

How do I file a claim with UPS®?

To file a claim with UPS® go to https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page and click on the start a claim tab to file a claim within the United States. Then follow the directions as stated.

What is your turnaround time?

Each and every Ollie & Jo package is shipped via USPS®. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed and packaged before shipment. Purchases made during large releases and/or sales may take up to 10 business days to be processed and packaged before shipment.

    How long should it take for my order to arrive?

    Priority Mail®

    Takes approx. 2-3 days for delivery. Plus 1-4 business days of processing.

    UPS Standard®

      Takes approx. 1-5 business days for delivery. Plus 1-4 business days of processing.
